PROTEST
تصمیم ارائه شده در ختم هر مسابقه فرم نهایی است، و غیر قابل تغییر است مگر اینکه خود WMMAF مسئول برگزاری باشد در این صورت میتواند موارد زیر را تغییر دهد: باند بازی تاثیر گزار بر نتیجه ی هر گروهی. هر گونه تناقض آشکاری که با قوانین و مقررات WMMAF باشد. افزودن امتیاز غلط باشد. اگر ناظر یا عضو هیئت WMMAF کشف کند که یکی از اتفاقات بالا رخ داده است. تصمیم قبلی توسط WMMAF یا بطور مستقیم توسط عضو هیئت WMMAF تغییر داده خواهد شد.
A decision rendered at the termination of any forms contest is final, and cannot be changed unless the WMMAF Representative at the event, determines that any one of the following occurred: There was collusion affecting the results of any category. There was a clear violation of the rules or regulation governing WMMAF Form rules book which affected the result of any category. The adding of the points is incorrect. If the WMMAF Supervisor or Commissioner determines that any of the above occurred with regard to any bout, then the decision rendered shall be changed as the WMMAF Representative or Commissioner may direct.
همه ی اعتراضات حول محور نتایج مسابقات باید بطور شفاهی توسط خود ورزشکار یا مربی قبل از پایان مسابقه به ناظر WMMAF یا سر داور تحویل داده شود .
همه ی اعتراضات باید بصورت منظم در دفتر WMMAF جمع آوری شده نوشته شود و مدارک مربوطه ضمیمه شود. کمتر از 10 روز از زمان مسابقه ای که اعتراض شده بود.هیچ اعتراضی پذیرفته نیست مگر ضمیمه کردن 100 یورو هزینه.
-هر تصمیم گرفته شده توسط سرپرست WMMAF تصمیم نهایی است.مرور استاندارد عبارت است از رفع توجیهات یک اعتراض که موجب تغییر تصمیم میشود و یا تغییر جایگاه که بیشترین سهم در ورزش را دارد، میتواند توجیهی برای تغییر تصمیم باشد.هر سوالی درباره قوانین WMMAF مستقیما متوجه سرپرست یا ناظر WMMAF می باشد.
All protests over the decision of a match shall be verbally registered only by the protesting Sportsman and / or his Coach to the WMMAF Supervisor or head referee prior to the end of the event.
All protests must be received at the appropriate WMMAF office, in writing and accompanied by all pertinent evidence, no later than 10 days following the bout in question. No protest will be considered unless accompanied by the appropriate fee: Euro 100.
- Any decision by the WMMAF Supervisor is final. The standard for review is “clear” evidence which would justify a change of decision, or “clear” circumstances which in the best interest of the sport, would justify a change in decision. Any questions on the rules of the WMMAF should be directed to the attended WMMAF Supervisor.
